With experience both behind and in front of the camera, exploring the world of film felt like the natural next step of artistic exploration for Mother Lion.

"Epistle" is their first creative venture into the world of film. Vanessa and Faith wanted a hands on learning experience; Vanessa wrote, directed and produced the film, while Faith DP'd, edited and scored. 

"Epistle" is currently in post-production and will be released in 2026.
